Cupping decompresses soft tissues using vacuum suction, unlike other forms of massage that compresses soft tissues. During cupping, the cup gently lifts soft tissue, drawing lymph and cellular waste to the surface, which the therapist draws away.

Prenatal Massage relieves stress and soreness in weight bearing joints. It also helps to ease pressure and pain of the nervous system and promotes release of emotional and physical tension.
